We often go through life in a monotonous routine. We wake up and make coffee. Shower. Walk the dogs. Go to work. Come home and walk the dogs again. Make dinner. Go to bed. These daily acts are necessary to survive in this current world in which we live, but are irrelevant to our personal growth and understanding of ourselves. Understanding the metaphysical requires attention to our body, and if our body is out of alignment, we cannot see what it is that we need, that we want.

To understand our purpose, we must align our three bodies: physical (body), mental (mind), emotional (soul). Our lives are spent with the intent of alignment to our Self, our Purpose, but so often we forget to care daily for this because of life's challenges. If we are aware of our constant distraction of life, we can continue to remind ourselves to align and connect to the core of our Source. If we align our Self positively, we will begin to see positive things happen. As Abraham so eloquently said, "Your alignment affects your perception."
