Connection is the essence of energy. Energy flows through circuits connecting one synapse to the next. It triggers a pulse of life.

Now imagine this connection as a community. How one person can connect to another, and then another, and then another creating a chain of pulses that flows through us like energy, like water. When we think about the connection we have with each other, we often think of how deep or important that connection is. But what about the connection to our Self, our Source? We often forget that the ability to connect with others lies in how connected we are to our own being; that how deep our connection is to another is merely as deep as we are connected to ourselves.
